Money Back Guarantee

We are proud to offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all our products. To be eligible for this, you must follow the below steps.

Contact our customer support team on [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your order

Provide your name, contact details, product information (including your order number), and a detailed description of the issue.

Include a photo showing the product used and the surface it did not work on. 

Our support team will guide you through the money back guarantee claim process, including any necessary troubleshooting steps.

If the money back guarantee claim is approved, we will arrange for the money back guarantee refund as per the money back guarantee terms.

Damaged items

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please send pictures of the damaged items to [email protected]. Upon receiving the picture of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glassguard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Glassguard will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
